Our service
DastavezWala provides document automation and facilitation — drafting, e-stamp procurement (via an authorised SHCIL collection centre), e-sign (via a CCA-licensed provider), notary connection, and assisted registration guidance. We do not provide legal advice.
Fees
Our service fee is separate from, and shown alongside, government stamp duty and registration fees (which are statutory pass-throughs). 18% GST applies to our service fee.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. Documents are prepared from your inputs; please review the preview carefully before signing.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee acceptance by any authority, court, or third party. Government processing times and decisions are outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
