Only the details needed to prepare your document — names, address, and the specific KYC a document requires. We practise data minimisation and do not store Aadhaar biometric data.
Why (purpose limitation)
Your data is used only to draft your document, arrange e-stamp/notary/registration, and contact you about your request. We do not sell your data.
Consent
We process your data on your consent, given when you submit details. You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
Who we share with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your request — an authorised SHCIL e-stamp collection centre, a CCA-licensed e-sign provider, and an independent notary — and only the minimum data required.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You have the right to access, correct, and erase your data, and to grievance redressal. Contact our Grievance Officer (TODO: name + email).
